1. Agreement to Terms

This Site is intended solely for individuals who are 19 years of age or older and who are legally permitted to purchase cannabis in the Province of Manitoba, Canada. By entering this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 19 years of age.

Fiddler's Green Cannabis Co. complies with all requirements of the Cannabis Act (Canada), the The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Control Act (Manitoba), and all applicable regulations. Age verification will be conducted in person at the time of any purchase or pickup.

3. Permitted Use of the Site

You may use the Site for the following lawful purposes only:

1. Browsing available cannabis products and related information;
2. Placing orders for in-store pickup or delivery where available;
3. Contacting our locations or requesting general information;
4. Learning about cannabis education, safety, and responsible use.

You agree not to:

1. Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, provincial, or local law;
2. Attempt to purchase cannabis on behalf of, or for delivery to, persons under 19 years of age;
3. Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without prior written permission;
4. Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful material to the Site;
5. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.

4. Cannabis Purchases — Legal Limits & Compliance

All cannabis sales are subject to the Cannabis Act (Canada) and applicable Manitoba regulations. The following limits apply:

1. A maximum of 30 grams of dried cannabis equivalent may be purchased per transaction;
2. Valid government-issued photo identification proving age of 19 or older is required at the time of every purchase or pickup — without exception;
3. Cannabis may not be consumed on the premises of any Fiddler's Green Cannabis Co. location;
4. Cannabis may not be transported across provincial or international borders;
5. Online orders placed through this Site are available for in-store pickup only, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery availability is subject to Manitoba regulations and is not guaranteed in all areas.

5. Orders & Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Fiddler's Green Cannabis Co. reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, Fiddler's Green Cannabis Co. reserves the right to cancel or adjust any affected order.

Placing an order through the Site does not constitute a binding contract until the order has been confirmed and prepared for pickup. Fiddler's Green Cannabis Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) the product is no longer available; (b) the pricing information is inaccurate; or (c) we are unable to verify the customer's age or identity.

Payment is collected at the time of in-store pickup. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. No payment information is collected or stored through this Site.

6. Product Information & Accuracy

We endeavour to ensure that all product information — including THC and CBD content, terpene profiles, weights, and pricing — is accurate and up to date. However, product information is provided by licensed producers and may vary between batches. Fiddler's Green Cannabis Co. makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of product descriptions. Actual product potency, flavour, and effects may differ from descriptions provided.

Cannabis affects individuals differently. Start low and go slow. Fiddler's Green Cannabis Co. strongly encourages all consumers to consult Health Canada's cannabis information resources and to speak with our staff before making a purchase.

7. Responsible Use

Fiddler's Green Cannabis Co. is committed to the promotion of safe and responsible cannabis use. By using this Site and purchasing from our locations, you acknowledge:

1. You will not operate a motor vehicle or heavy machinery after consuming cannabis;
2. You will keep all cannabis products safely stored and out of reach of minors and pets;
3. You will not consume cannabis in public places where it is prohibited;
